Gardener's Dictionary: Worm castings

Worm castings (n.): The end product of the breakdown of decomposing food or other organic matter by worms, most commonly red worms (Eisenia foetida). Balcony container gardeners can keep worm bins in their balcony gardens and collect the worm castings to make compost tea to use as fertilizer.
